As I write this chapter there has been no verdict. It is Friday the second of July and I
am predicting a sham result.
This B.A.R.T. officer should serve no less than 7 1/2 years of a 15 year sentence for
2nd degree murder but the tea leaves are reading like the first Rodney King trial.
The prosecution is listliss and the timing around the 4th of July is suspicious.
He stood up, over a black man, face down on the ground, with his hands behind his back,
said " Fuck this. ", told his fellow officer to stand back, and fatally shot the black man
in the back.
Mehserle was kicked out of a high school over some racial incident with a black man be-
fore B.A.R.T. hired him but that was never allowed in as evidence.
A gun is three time heavier than a tazer and he would have known, after fingering his gun,
repeatedly, first, what weapon he had in his hand. He even said, after; " I thought he
had a gun.." to an officer. That's the oldest lie in the police bag of tricks. He had to
know he was firing his gun, in my opinion.
Initially he was, perhaps, overcharged by the D.A. in the hope that an acquital would be
tolerated. But the public let it be known, early, that there would be no such luck.
After the D.A. realized plan A would not wash the D.A. removed that murder 1 option from
the list of possible charges and reduced it to 2nd degree murder and below.
Now the prosecution is lukewarm and deadpan in its final hours and the public is being pre-
conditioned, by the media, for a pro govt. result.
I don't like it. Before Reagan unleashed the police across America to shoot first and ask
questions later, Mehserle would have stood out like a rouge cop and sent up for murder.
Since Reagan lowered our freedoms and increased those of the police America has be-
come three time more violent, if not more. In fact, police on citizen deaths have risen
by over one thousand percent since 1981 and we, the people, are as soft as oatmeal over it.
There has been erected a wall of 'Us' and 'Them'. No longer are the police held to the same
standards as citizens. That used to not be the case. Many of you younger readers don't
know that. America used not to be a police state.
Now I predict a voluntary manslaughter verdict. Mehseley will serve a few years of special,
cushy conditions and then get a new identity, after, and get away with the murder rap he
rightly deserves.
If he gets less than that the govt. deserves all out revolution from all of you. By right,
he should get 2nd degree murder. That's my opinion.
Furthermore, B.A.R.T. was wrong to hire Mehserley and for not knowing about or consi-
dering his racial related expulsion from high school from his backround check.
United Soviet America? I hope not.
If all you, dare I say, 'meatheads' who may make a fuss, after, want to make an impact put
my website address on all your billboards, and only that, and scare the shit out of the
govt., if you have the balls. If you don't, the govt. will know they have your balls in
a jar of formaldahide on their basement shelf. And your brains, too, for not helping me.
If you don't care if Stephen King shot John Lennon the govt. knows you also can't care
about lesser murders they commit, daily.
Why do you think the govt. painted over that American flag on the concrete slab near the Su-
nol freeway this week? To keep rioters from spraypainting over it with swasticas. That's why.

(Subsequently the flag was repainted following my mention of the situation on the radio.
My call swept the permit process and a month of waiting out of the way, though.)

(Oh, well, I told you so. Involuntary manslaughter. It's all statecraft rigged, as usual.
The state knows whatever your lesser protests may be, that you're all just bluffing until
you can show them you can stand up to John Lennon's murder with the evidence they already
KNOW you have. They're very aware of all your hypocracy and fear and phoniness. Treat
yourselves with more respect and maybe the state will start respecting you, then.)
